The York University Lions cross country team partook in their second meet of the season on Saturday, heading to Waterloo for the 27th annual Don Mills Open.
York sent five men and six women to the meet, an afternoon comprised of two 6km races through the picturesque views along Columbia Lake in Waterloo.

Overall, both Lions teams placed 8th overall at the meet. The Lions will have one final tune-up prior to the OUA championships in North Bay. They will have the week off before heading to Hamilton to compete in the Bayfront Open next Friday, Oct. 11.
