Personal Training
Achieve your fitness goals at your own pace, on your schedule. Your personal trainer will create a customized program built around your goals, leading you through each session with expert guidance, encouragement, and support. Together, you’ll set realistic, achievable milestones — and have a professional by your side every step of the way to help you crush them.
Here’s what’s included:
- 5, 10, or 15 total hours of training — one hour per session.
- Your first session is a comprehensive consultation, including fitness assessments, body composition analysis, and personalized goal setting. (If needed, more time can be devoted to assessments based on your trainer’s recommendation).
Semi Private Training
We’re excited to offerÂ
semi-private training that’s designed to bring you personalized fitness in a fun, motivating group setting!Â
How it works:
- 4-week sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
- 1.5-hour sessions from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
- 4 people per weekly time slot — the perfect balance of individual attention and group energy!
What you’ll get:
- 30-minute consult before we start, just like with the 6-week challenge, to help us set you up for success. This consult must be completed before attending the first session.
- Customized workouts tailored to your needs (with similar programs for the group)
- Weekly consistency — same time, same crew, once a week to keep us all on track
Important: If anyone misses a session, it’ll be counted as missed — this helps keep things fair and ensures everyone can commit fully!Â
Where: All sessions will take place in Studio 1, a great space for us to focus and train together!

Fitness Consultation
Start Your Fitness Journey with a Comprehensive Consult!
Our fitness consultation is designed to give you a complete picture of where you are — and where you want to go. Through behavioral action planning and an in-depth personal history, we'll help you determine if personal training is the right fit for you.
During your session, your trainer will dive into:
- Why you're seeking training support
- Your personal and medical history
- Goal setting and action planning
- Identifying barriers and success factors
This conversation helps your trainer truly understand your goals and design the most effective path forward. If time allows, we may also include some initial physical assessments to round out your consultation.

Nutrition Services
1) Quick Start Package: This package is a 30-minute consult that will allow you to get answers to questions and hear about other options for coaching. This consult is a great option for those who are interested in nutrition guidance but are unsure of what they need.
2) Total Health Program:Â Reach your health and fitness goals with the all-encompassing package that includes a 90-minute assessment, individualized program and meal plan, recipes, grocery lists, unlimited email support with our nutritionist the week following the assessment, and supplement recommendations!Â
3) Monthly Support Package:Â This support package is only available to those who have completed the total health program and feel they need more support outside of the one week. This package allows for 15 to 30-minute weekly follow ups, continued email access, updated meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists, and chat about changes. This package is sold in one-month amounts.Â

WITS Personal Training Certification Course
Enter the fitness industry and begin earning income as a personal trainer. Enjoy the benefits of a flexible schedule and the ability to earn income as a student. Hybrid courses will not be offered unless the in-person class is full. Continuing education courses are required to maintain certification.
The Program includes:
- 16 hours of lecture
- 16 hours of practical hands-on training
- 30-hour internship in the field with experienced trainers as mentors after passing your exams; and
- Written and practical exams. Students are required to achieve a minimum of 72% on the written exam and a minimum of 80% on the practical exam.
This registration cost does not include:
* textbook, first aid, and general liability insurance
* the administrative fee for each re-test exam required due to not passing the first exam
