It’s more than just a gym, it’s community.
Our group classes are a huge part of that. Every term, our group class schedule offers a variety of options, from traditional classes like Spin, Zumba, Yoga, and Bootcamp style classes, but also those you probably weren’t expecting, like Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Character Dance, Mat Pilates, and Muay Thai. And it doesn’t end there. We can bring programs to you! Book the space and we provide the instructors or staff members. If you have an event or want to run weekly classes, we assist on your schedule. Or, take advantage of the spaces at the Tait McKenzie Centre and run your programs in Tait! Our program availabilities are based on A&R staff availability. We offer 8-week style sessions of amazing specialties, like self-protection and ballet, but also offer self-guided painting sessions, stretching sessions, and other amazing programs at different points in the year to help you stay healthy, body and mind, at all points of the school year.
