Personal Training and Semi- Private Training

Are you spending the time in the gym but not getting the results that you desire? Are you a new exerciser or returning to exercise and don't know where to start? Do you want to make the best use of your limited available workout time? We have certified staff who would love to help you! 

Personal Training 
Train towards your individual fitness goals at your own pace and on your own schedule. Your trainer will design your program for optimal results and guide you through your training sessions. Semi-Personal Training 

We’re excited to offer semi-private training that’s designed to bring you personalized fitness in a fun, motivating group setting! Get one session a week for 4 weeks where you will spend 1.5 hours with a plan that you and three others will work through, with personalized tweaks to help you with your goals! All sessions will take place in Studio 1, a great space for us to focus and train together! Check out RecOnline for prices and program dates and times!
