What’s In Our Space

Our 11,000 square foot fitness centre is ideal for fitness enthusiasts of all levels, from the beginner looking to improve their overall health to the high-performance athlete. With SportsArts electricity-generating cardio equipment, our space is looking to make a small but powerful impact by lessening the electricity needs to run our machines, helping power each other when you use them! And our strength equipment is nothing to slouch at. Our large dumbbell area, 10 squat racks, 5 cable stations, and Hammer Strength line of equipment are easy to use and are staples to any programs. Additionally, we have a large turf area for stretches, warmups, functional work, and more, as well as 6 weightlifting platforms for those looking to work on Olympic lifts or deadlifts. Want to track your progress, get an InBody Assessment to make sure your plan is getting you the results you want. 

Want a run-through of the space before coming in alone? Though our space is small, it is mighty! We highly recommend members coming in before 10am if it works with their schedules during our busy seasons (September to October, and January to February), but we also suggest checking the app to see the current occupancy if you plan to make a visit!
